The affiliation has named the winners of the Milo Hellman, Harry Sicher, and Thomas M Graber awards, who will current on the 2026 Annual Session.
The American Affiliation of Orthodontists (AAO) Council on Scientific Affairs has introduced the 2026 recipients of the Milo Hellman Analysis Award, the Harry Sicher Analysis Award, and the Thomas M Graber Awards of Particular Advantage.
The awards can be offered to the recipients on Could 1 in the course of the 2026 AAO Annual Session in Orlando.
Award Displays and Lectures
Following the presentation, the recipients will give lectures on their analysis from 12:15 pm to 2:30 pm within the Orange County Conference Heart, Room W312A. Attendees can earn 0.25 CE credit for every lecture.
The 2026 award winners and their analysis subjects are:
- Milo Hellman Analysis Award: Dr Ashleigh Kmentt of UNC-Chapel Hill for “3D Analysis of Remedy Outcomes for Miniplate-Anchored Class II Development Modification.”
- Harry Sicher Analysis Award: Dr Emilee Dudley of Texas A&M for “Vitamin D and Postnatal Mandibular Condyle Development.”
- Thomas M Graber Awards of Particular Advantage:
- Dr Christine Esposito of UNC-Chapel Hill for “Longitudinal Outcomes of Bone Anchored Maxillary Protraction Remedy.”
- Dr Elizabeth Celani of Texas A&M for “Use of Custom-made Alloplastic Temporomandibular Joint Substitute in Skeletally Immature Sufferers.”
- Dr Bethany Prepare dinner of the College of Michigan for “Mechanical Properties of Thermoplastic and 3-D Printed Thermoset Orthodontic Aligner Supplies.”
